Let me state first and foremost, I am NOT now nor will I ever be proana/mia. I am prohealth.
- To lose weight and to maintain a healthier weight for my height
- To put on lean muscle (so I can be fierce :D)
- For better health (I fear diabetes with a passion)
- To live a longer life
- To be able to bench press AT LEAST 100 lbs (200 lbs would be perfect)
- To look great naked
- So I can be an example to my siblings/niece/nephews
- To have the energy to run circles around everyone else
