Let me state first and foremost, I am NOT now nor will I ever be proana/mia.  I am prohealth. 

My goals:

  1. To lose weight and to maintain a healthier weight for my height
  2. To put on lean muscle (so I can be fierce :D)
  3. For better health (I fear diabetes with a passion)
  4. To live a longer life
  5. To be able to bench press AT LEAST 100 lbs (200 lbs would be perfect)
  6. To look great naked
  7. So I can be an example to my siblings/niece/nephews
  8. To have the energy to run circles around everyone else

I will add more when I can think of it all.
